Shereen O.

Owner/Director

Shereen, owner of Aabcor, Inc., brings over 25 years of experience in care management and a lifelong dedication to social services for people with disabilities. She has built her career on creating practical, compassionate supports that improve daily living, promote independence, and reduce unnecessary hospitalizations. She works closely with Illinois DHS/DRS supervisors, counselors and coordinators, and community partners to remove barriers to quality care. Her leadership emphasizes dignity and respect —ensuring that every person served receives thoughtful, informed support tailored to their goals and needs.

Shereen has a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Fine Arts. In her free time she enjoys painting, playing pickleball and taking her two dogs on walks.

Jessica S.

Senior Case Manager / Outreach Specialist

Jessica is a Licensed Social Worker with 12 years of experience as a case manager. She received both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work from Aurora University. Throughout her education, Jessica specialized in Gerontology and Healthcare, which has been beneficial in her current role. Growing up near a nursing home, she quickly learned that helping others would be a life passion. Jessica’s work experience includes working with Managed Care Organizations, Adult Protective Services, and local non-profit organizations. Jessica has abundant knowledge of Illinois Waiver programs as they have been the focus of her career. She enjoys working with Customers and their families on navigating both program and community resources. Jessica has a passion for keeping individuals thriving in the community for as long as possible.

Commitment to Customer Care

Jessica’s favorite part of her job as a case manager with Aabcor inc, is the ability to get to know each Customer and having the ability to work together to overcome obstacles, however large or small. Jessica enjoys advocating for individuals and providing education on available programs and resources. She has knowledge of both Medicare and Medicaid along with supplemental programs such as SNAP and LIHEAP. With her experience, Jessica has built many connections in the community which she enjoys sharing with others.

Personal Touch

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two year old son. Jessica has two dogs, a Great Pyrenees and a Labrador.  Jessica recently started learning how to sew which has quickly grown into a very large fabric collection!

Kristin B.

Lead Case Manager

Kristin has over 25 years of experience working in the field of Social Work.  She has helped thousands of individuals and families navigate difficult situations, from helping individuals recovering from a brain injury, to helping families gain access to housing and transportation, to working with women’s shelters and counseling inmates as they reintegrate into society.

Kristin graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minor is social work. Kristin knew from a young age that she wanted to help people through the most difficult times in their lives, and it became her life focus and passion.


Commitment to Customer Care

Kristin has worked with Aabcor, Inc. for 21 years and has abundant knowledge in case management services for individuals with brain injury.  She has worked closely with Illinois DHS / DRS counselors and coordinators and has served as an advocate for individuals with brain injury and their families.  She has also conducted thousands of in-home evaluations assessing BI individuals’ basic needs, impairments, external and internal factors and providing them with community resources, support, and guidance as needed. Kristin enjoys getting to know her customers and their families and is committed to helping them in any way that they need.  Her goal is always to bring a smile to their faces.


Personal Touch

Kristin was a gymnast for 20 years. She received a scholarship to Ball State University. Kristin enjoys spending time with her 5-year-old daughter. In her free time, she enjoys to journal, work out and listen to music.

Yasmin B.

Case Manager / Health and Wellness Coach

Yasmin, a missionary for 20 years, brings deep compassion and a lifelong commitment to serving others as a case manager. Her caring nature and extensive experience in compassionate service allow her to connect with people at every level, anticipate needs, and respond with patience and respect, creating a supportive environment that reflects her dedication to improving lives. Yasmin holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and a suite of professional certifications in Social Work, along with a certification in Health and Wellness. Her background combines evidence-based educational design, clinical social work skills, and a holistic understanding of physical and mental well-being.

Yasmin’s combined credentials in instructional design, social work, and health and wellness make her well-suited to create effective educational resources, craft comprehensive care plans, and train teams to deliver compassionate, evidence-based support that improves client outcomes and reduces avoidable hospital visits.

In her free time, Yasmin enjoys traveling, reading, connecting with friends and spending time with her niece and nephew.

Julie C.

Case Manager

Julie is a seasoned case manager with extensive experience supporting older adults, people with disabilities, and individuals with brain injury. With a strong foundation in social services, she has worked closely with Managed Care Organizations and community-based organizations to coordinate care, streamline services, and improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.

Her strengths include comprehensive care planning, resource navigation, and advocacy. Julie has helped many clients secure stable housing, access food assistance, and arrange reliable transportation, reducing hospitalizations and improving quality of life. She combines deep knowledge of systems and benefit programs with practical problem-solving to connect people with the services they need.

Known for her compassionate, client-centered approach, Julie builds trusting relationships and empowers individuals and families to meet their goals. Her collaborative style and professional experience make her a valuable partner for care teams and community partners.
