Cost of Services

We charge a flat fee for compiling and preparing the Proposal which includes the care plan.  Depending on the complexity of the case, we will charge a monthly fee for case management services.  This will be assessed on the basis of:

• The amount of input/activity the survivor requires

• A risk assessment based on the survivor’s behavioral, mood or psychiatric problems and the level of family involvement
